Close-ups of bark, the rings of a cut trunk and birch bark with lichen.
Firewood and log piles
Stacked firewood seen end-on, log piles in the forest and in the snow, wood chips and freshly cut trunks.
Using wood textures
- For a background behind text, pick an even, low-contrast surface such as the parquet or the smooth planks.
- For a seamless repeat, crop an even area and blend the edges in an image editor; these are photos, not tiling textures.
- Firewood stacks and tree rings make strong headers and title slides.
